Motorcycle Tubeless Repair Kit

This puncture repair kit for tubeless motorcycle wheels comes with enough tyre seals for 5 repairs and the tools to do so.

Contents:

• 20ml Rubber Solution
• T-Handle Plug Tool x 1
• T-Handle Reamer Tool x 1
• Tyre seal x 5
• Folding Knife x 1

Please see the instructions below which are also on the back of the packet:

1.    Check you have sufficient glue in your kit and a means to reinflate the tyre before removing any foreign object from the tyre.
2.    Using pliers, locate and remove the foreign object that caused the puncture in the tyre. (Please note the direction of the puncture hole)
3.    Apply the solution to the Reamer Tool and insert it into the puncture hole, taking care to insert it in the same direction.
4.    Work the Reamer Tool up and down until it moves easily, now the puncture hole is cleaned, lubricated and ready to repair.
5.    Thread one tyre seal in the Plug Tool and add a little rubber solution to the seal, tool, and the face of the hole.
6.    Using the plug tool, push the tyre seal into the hole leaving approximately 1/2" of the tyre seal on the outside. Turn the Plug Tool ¼ turn and remove slowly.
7.    Carefully cut the excess tyre seal close to the tyre surface, leave for a few minutes to set, and then you're ready to re-inflate the tyre.
