Shipping & Returns

Mainland UK

Orders under 2kg and £100 (and that do not include restricted items such as batteries or aerosols) have a choice of:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-4 working days delivery) £4.00 inc VAT

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days) £5.70 inc VAT

  • DPD (usually next working day) £7.60 inc VAT

All orders over 2kg, £100, or that include restricted items will be shipped with DPD.

Non-Mainland UK

  • Non-Mainland orders (including Northern Ireland) are dispatched with either Royal Mail or a courier. Any options will be shown when going through the checkout process alongside the cost of delivery. Please allow an extra 2-3 days for your order to be delivered.

  • Channel Island orders will be shipped with Parcelforce if the order is over £100 and/or 2kg.

  • Please note that we are unable to send restricted items such as aerosols, batteries, and tyres to non-mainland UK postcodes.

International Shipping

  • To calculate the cost of shipping and see the shipping method available to your destination country, please add any required items to your basket and then select your country from the drop-down menu. Our website will calculate the cost of shipping based on the value, size and weight of the items in your basket. Generally, orders under 1.9Kg’s and £100 are dispatched with Royal Mail on a tracked service. For orders over £100 and/or 1.9Kg’s orders are sent with a courier.

  • Delivery to Europe generally takes 8-10 working days, and rest of world usually takes 14-16 working days, but please allow up to 21 working days for your order to be delivered.

  • Prices for shipping are calculated using the value, size, and weight of the order, so we are unable to give a price until you have selected your country and shipping method in your basket.

  • A mobile/cell number is required for all orders as couriers will use SMS to contact you regarding customs tax payments.

  • EU customers who select shipping to a business address will need to supply the businesses EORI number (Economic Operators Registration and Identification number). If you do not have the EORI number please supply an alternative none business address, otherwise there may be delays with the shipping of your order.

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes with FedEx, so please select a new shipping method or choose a new delivery address.

Customs and Duty Fees

  • Any taxes and fees are required to be paid by the customer to the local customs authorities, which includes those inside the European Union, before your order will be delivered. We are not responsible for the payment of these fees. Failure to pay will result in delays to your order and/or it may be returned to us resulting in further fees.

  • We will NOT under any circumstances falsify customs documents and the total value of the goods will be state on every parcel dispatched should this be required by law.

  • A mobile/cell number is required for all orders as couriers will use SMS to contact you regarding tax payments and delivery information.


  • You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please ensure your delivery information is correct and your contact information is up to date. Delays are likely if there is missing or incorrect information.

  • If you suspect your order is lost, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate this for you. Please remember that international orders can (and do!) take up to 21 working days to arrive.

  • Royal Mail may choose a safe place to deliver your parcel if there is no recipient to accept the parcel, if the postman/postwoman deems it a suitable location. They will leave a 'Something For You' card if this is the case explaining where your parcel is.


  • You have the right to cancel or request a refund up to 14 days after you received the goods, you then have 14 days to send the goods back to us.

  • We are unable to accept returns and cancellations after this period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping to us. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us via email sales@yambits.co.uk. Please do NOT return any item you believe to be faulty without contacting us first and without our prior acknowledgement.
