Replaces OEM part

This High Output replacement Ignition Coil is a direct replacement of the original factory fitted unit. Old ignition coils breaking down under load are one of the biggest causes of misfires and poor running, why suffer these problems when brand new replacements are now available? The coil is supplied with dual HT leads - these are removeable should you wish to use an alternate colour or style. Suits:

XS650SE Models using standard factory fitted electronic ignition (not suitable for points models or aftermarket ignition systems)

Please note, this coil mounts to the opposite side of the original bracket with the HT leads facing the front of the bike.

Warning! Do not operate or apply power to the ignition system with one or both spark plugs disconnected. Operating or applying power to the coil or ignition system with one or both spark plugs disconnected will cause IMMEDIATE FAILURE to the coil. Ignition coils are not warranted for this reason.
